Project: Branding Redesign – Logo, Business Cards, Email Signature, Redesign & Streamline Website
Requested Style: Bold, Graphic, Edgy, Orange Accent Colour
Breakdown: Custom typography. Gradient colouring. Animation to play on the name Twist. Brand continuity from previous logo maintained by including a more modern version of a camera aperture integrated as the ‘O’ instead of behind the business name. Abstract architectural element within aperture to reinforce the target industry.
Project: Magazine, Back Cover Full Page Ad

Breakdown: The original magazine cover was designed in-house by the bank and is in line with what most advertisements in the industry look like. However, the industry standard ads make critical errors like using Messaging that is not Client-Centric:
- Before – Messaging focuses on selling Mortgage services instead of the client’s actual end goal which is Finding A Place To Call Home. Imagery focuses on Mortgage Broker instead of client or client’s goal.
- After – Copywriting and primary imagery is geared towards the end goal of the client and invokes an emotional response instead of a transactional response. Secondary messaging provides information specific to Mortgage Services & Broker as well as social proof reinforcement from another client.
